We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, particularly in customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to translate client needs into clear technical and functional requirements, and a passion for solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Act as a bridge between customers and technical/development teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Organize and lead requirement-gathering workshops and meetings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on business needs.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with regular updates.
• Assist in prioritizing features and planning product/project roadmaps.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies (preferred).
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
• Experience in FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce domains is advantageous
