About Insights & Advisory (IA):

Our Insights and Advisory team plays a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and data driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that can positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line. We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

1.Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of evidence-driven frameworks that quantify development impact across sectors and portfolios.

2.Work closely with senior stakeholders to:

• Align results frameworks.
• Conduct sector performance diagnostics.
• Integrate financial efficacy analysis.
• Turn complex datasets into clear strategic insights.

3.Guide cross-functional teams and ensure methodological rigor.

4.Build scalable tools and models that support investment decisions and policy action.

5. Shape how impact is measured, communicated, and embedded into decision-making across the ecosystem.

What we’re We are looking for:

1.A strategic thinker with 8–12 years of experience in:

• Impact measurement.
• Monitoring & evaluation.
• Development consulting.
• Data-driven program strategy.

2.Strong ability to:

• Connect sector outcomes with financial flows.
• Interpret complex datasets.
• Build actionable insights for senior decision-makers.

3.Valued experience in:

• Results frameworks.
• Health or development sector diagnostics.
• Policy-linked analytics.

4.Ability to operate at both conceptual and execution levels:

• Driving methodology.
• Mentoring teams.
• Engaging with leadership.
• Refining our approach to impact accounting as a repeatable, scalable capability.

5.Preferred education in the social sector.
