This position is responsible for leading the team with all divisional short-term and long-term planning initiatives related to Commercial and Individual & Family markets provider network strategy and executing the business plan. This position will lead major, complex, and strategic network initiatives from inception to completion leveraging analytics to drive financial outcomes. This position will use internal and external sources to conduct Commercial and ACA network analyses to deliver competitive market strategy for the division. By having a strong foundational understanding of network composition and performance levers, this position will lead network optimization and member retention strategic initiatives.
