DESCRIPTION

The Principal Program Manager in RBS will lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap execution, and global rollout of automated leadership analytics. This role will drive the transformation of leadership reporting mechanisms into conversational, on-demand insights. The Principal PM will establish the Leadership Analytics Framework, align global stakeholders, and operationalize mechanisms that ensure leadership metrics, insights, and narratives are accurate, auto-generated, and consumable conversationally by Senior leaders.
The role will serve as the single-threaded owner guiding adoption, prioritization and execution of from manually authored decks to fully automated, institutionally trusted, GenAI-native decision systems.

Key job responsibilities
1. Define and own the multi-year automation roadmap for automating xBRs reviewed at Senior leadership level
2. Drive cross-org alignment across multiple functions across Amazon to establish a unified leadership analytics framework and data governance model.
3. Operationalize AI-ready leadership review workflows, ensuring accuracy, narrative depth, defensibility, and contextual intelligence.
4. Partner with Tech, Science, and Product teams to prioritize roadmap milestones and ensure scalable implementation of narrative intelligence
5. Establish governance, rollout playbooks, and adoption mechanisms, transitioning leadership reporting from traditional deck-based systems to conversational, real-time analytics.
6. Mentor and scale capability across PMs, BAs, and BIEs to ensure long-term sustainability of automation and GenAI-led decision frameworks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
