Principal Software Engineer - Full Stack (Angular + .NET Core)

About The Role

TekHQS is looking for a highly skilled Principal Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. This role requires hands-on expertise across the full technology stack, including Angular, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will drive technical decisions, implement best practices, and contribute to architecture discussions while collaborating closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using Angular, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud.
• Implement clean, scalable, and secure code across front-end and back-end layers.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance Angular UIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and background services using .NET Core.
• Integrate applications with payment networks, banking services, and internal/external APIs.
• Optimize SQL queries, database access layers, and overall application performance.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery and deployment.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Ensure engineering best practices are followed, including unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Work with DevOps on Azure Cloud deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Angular (v10+): components, RxJS, state management, UI performance optimization.
• .NET Core / C#: REST APIs, microservices, background services.
• Azure Cloud: App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, CI/CD pipelines.
• SQL Server: schema design, stored procedures, performance tuning.
  
• Solid understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization.
• Proven experience in scalable enterprise-grade client-facing applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience in credit card processing, ACH/Wire, and ISO 20022 protocols.
• Background in banking or the fintech domain.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Experience with AI/ML integration or AI-assisted development tools.
