About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Principal Staff Officer (PSO) to support the Managing Director in daily operations, communication, and project coordination. This role requires exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel, and communications.
- Prepare briefs, reports and presentations for the MD.
- Draft and review high-level correspondence and official documents.
- Coordinate and follow up on cross-departmental tasks assigned by the MD.
- Assist the MD in monitoring key projects, KPIs, and business initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of action items and provide updates to the MD.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Oversee documentation, meeting minutes, and record-keeping for the MD’s office.
- Organize high-level meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
- Facilitate communication between the MD’s office and departments, clients, partners, and government entities.
- Represent the MD in meetings where required and ensure proper follow-up and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in executive support, corporate coordination, or administrative leadership roles.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business communication tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel at all times and accompany the MD when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working closely with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to draft policies, SOPs, and formal correspondence.
- Confidence in representing senior leadership in meetings.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
