Private Midwife / Registered Nurse (Newborn Experience) – 1-Month Contract

Looking for a calm and experienced midwife or registered nurse to care of a mother during the final month of pregnancy. Knowledge and experience with newborn care to support in pre and post-delivery. The role requires daily monitoring, prenatal support, and readiness to handle emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor maternal health and report changes
• Provide pre-labor physical and emotional care
• Offer comfort, relaxation techniques, and birthing preparation
• Ensure readiness for sudden labor onset
• If birth occurs, assist in immediate newborn care
• Educate mother on newborn handling, feeding, and hygiene

Qualifications:

• Licensed Midwife or Registered Nurse, preferably with a valid DHA/HAAD/MOH license
• Experience in maternity and newborn care
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Calm, nurturing, and professional attitude
• Must have own transportation
• Available for 12-hour shifts daily for one month
