The Process Associate will support business operations by executing, monitoring, and improving day-to-day processes. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in workflows while collaborating with internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned business processes and tasks accurately and within timelines.
- Collect, validate, and process data in line with company standards.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth process execution.
- Support audits and quality checks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in process management, operations, or business support (freshers may apply if trained).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
