What You’ll Do:

Champion Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and more) to streamline operations, reduce waste, and elevate productivity.

Design, optimize, and launch manufacturing processes for both new and existing programs, bringing innovative ideas from concept to reality.

Lead cross-functional projects to improve throughput, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot challenges, implement corrective actions, and drive sustainable solutions.

Support new automotive program launches by developing efficient workflows, control plans, and robust process documentation.

Apply data-driven problem-solving tools to ensure consistent product quality and process reliability.

Deliver cost savings and productivity gains through automation, layout optimization, and best-practice standardization.

Act as a coach and mentor for operators and teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the plant.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting (automotive or high-volume preferred).

Proven success applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methods.

Familiarity with automotive quality systems and structured problem-solving.

Strong communication skills with a collaborative, hands-on mindset.

Proficiency with CAD tools.
