Position: Senior Process Engineer – CNC/VMC Setter (For Aerospace Division)
For Hiring Company: Leading Aerospace component manufacture
Experience: 4–8 years
Qualification:B.E. / B.Tech.,
Location: — ( Oragadam Industrial, Chennai)
Expected Candidate Industry:

Candidates must come from Aerospace Precision Machining, High-Accuracy CNC/VMC/HMC Machining, Aerospace Component Manufacturing, or Tier-1/Tier-2 Precision Engineering suppliers.

Job Description;

• Develop machining processes for CNC Lathe, VMC (3/4/5 Axis) & HMC
• Prepare CNC CAM programs,Interpret GD&T and engineering drawings
• Select cutting tools, SOPs, Control Plans, PFMEA
• Design/coordinate fixture and work-holding solutions
• Handle process issues and reduce shopfloor rejections
• Support APQP/PPAP documentation,Coordinate with tool & fixture suppliers
• Basic knowledge of raw materials (Aluminum, Titanium, SS, Inconel)
