Ola Electric is building India’s most advanced two-wheeler EV ecosystem. To scale this mission, we are looking for a
Senior Manager – Process Excellence
who can completely reimagine, redesign, and transform core business processes across Sales, Service, Parts, Warehousing, and Revenue Operations.
This is
not
a maintenance or incremental improvement role. We are looking for a leader who thrives in
zero-to-one
and
ten-to-hundred
transformation—someone who can build clean, frictionless, tech-led processes and create a minimal human-intervention operating model for a high-speed, high-volume EV organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Process Transformation

Redesign end-to-end processes across Sales, Service, SCM, Warehousing, Parts, and Revenue using first-principles thinking.

Replace legacy practices with automation-first, technology-enabled workflows.

Build a unified operating system that ensures speed, predictability, and minimal manual intervention.
2. Rapid Diagnostics & Problem Solving

Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of operational issues—leakages, delays, process gaps, and system inconsistencies.

Implement quick corrective actions and convert them into scalable, repeatable processes.
3. Tech + Process Integration

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convert redesigned processes into systems, dashboards, controls, and digital workflows.

Ensure all processes are measurable, auditable, and optimized through data.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
-
Align and influence stakeholders across Sales, Service, SCM, Finance, and Field Operations.

Drive adoption of new processes across a large and distributed network.

Build a culture of process discipline where teams operate by design—not habit.
5. Governance, KPIs & Control Mechanisms

Define and implement KPIs for all redesigned processes.

Establish governance mechanisms such as control towers, audits, RCA loops, and performance reviews.

Ensure operational excellence at scale with consistent and predictable outcomes.
What You Bring
-
8–15 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Operations Consulting, or large-scale Ops roles.

Experience in high-scale industries such as Auto/EV, E-commerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, 3PL, or Consulting.

Strong capability in designing processes from scratch (not just optimization).

Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, S&OP frameworks (certifications preferred).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
