Process Improvement Engineer

Main responsibility

The Process Engineer is responsible for monitoring process outputs and starting and following up improvement actions.

Main tasks

• Monitors process outputs, identifies improvement areas, and initiates corrective or improvement actions.
• Manages process changes and ensures all related actions are completed.
• Coordinates lean manufacturing activities and improves productivity using lean principles.
• Trains employees on the basic concepts of lean principles.
• Collects data and prepares reports to analyze and visualize process performance.

Required Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and analytical mindset.
• Residing in Osmaneli or Bilecik.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
