We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst to lead a critical data management initiative. This project focuses on building and maintaining entity mappings across firm-wide back-office systems, enabling legal hierarchy modeling and automation of data maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, strong data analysis capabilities, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for a large-scale client reference data and entity resolution project.
  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with global stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Analyze and manage large volumes of client and entity data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability.
  • Design and document business processes, data flows, system interactions, and UI requirements.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to develop UI components and automate downstream system integrations.
  • Drive data governance initiatives and ensure high standards of data quality across systems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client onboarding/offboarding processes and apply insights to optimize data usage.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on trade lifecycle and front-to-back office operations.
  • Navigate ambiguity and proactively identify paths to delivery in complex environments.
  • Mentor junior BAs and contribute to project planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • 8–12 years of experience in the BFSI domain, with a strong focus on KYC, client reference data, and entity resolution.
  • Proven ability to analyze and map reference data across KYC, front office, middle office, and back office systems.
  • Prior experience working as a BA on Master Data Management (MDM) platforms or complex reference data structures is essential.
  • Strong understanding of client onboarding processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging global teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power query, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with multiple concurrent deliveries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience with legal entity hierarchy modeling, data lineage, and enterprise data architecture.
