Processing Paralegal – Personal Injury (Full Time)

Our busy and well-established Personal Injury law firm in Southern Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Processing Paralegal (1–5 years) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, professional, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of pre-litigation personal injury work.

The successful candidate must have hands-on experience managing cases from intake through treatment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new client intakes and provide ongoing client support
• Open claims with insurance carriers
• File NF-2 and other No-Fault documentation
• Assist clients with property damage, rental vehicles, and lost wage claims
• Coordinate medical treatment and follow up with providers
• Retrieve, review, and organize medical records
• Maintain accurate case notes and ensure files are kept up to date
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical offices regularly

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation
• Strong understanding of No-Fault, property damage, and medical workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Professional, reliable, and client-service oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Spanish language fluency is a plus
• Must be able to commute to Brooklyn, NY 11224

• Monday–Friday

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
