Job Summary:

The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for analyzing purchasing trends, negotiating with suppliers, and implementing procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Research and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for purchasing needs.
• Assess vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare procurement reports, financial forecasts, and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal procurement policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline procurement and budgeting processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and best practices.
