About The Role

We are looking for a Procurement Business Partner to join our team 🎯

This role will act as a strategic Procurement Business Partner by leading sourcing activities for assigned categories and managing key supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the procurement of products and services in line with company procedures.
• Prepare supplier contracts, negotiate terms with vendors, and manage the signature and approval workflow.
• Conduct market research to obtain the most competitive prices and identify alternative supply sources.
• Perform market analyses for assigned product and service categories.
• Contribute to the development of procurement strategies.
• Conduct supplier audits within responsible categories.
• Review and analyze contracts due for renewal and lead necessary revisions.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Prepare regular management reports and analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in IT and outsourcing categories.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience in supplier management, sourcing processes and basic cost/market analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
