  • Coordinate with the project team to identify procurement needs and ensure timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Manage the full procurement cycle, from RFQ preparation to bid evaluation, purchase order creation, and delivery follow-up.
  • Administer and review contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Oracle ERP system.
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation in alignment with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities and pricing.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure material quality, timely delivery, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Support in claims, variation orders, and change management related to procurement packages.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement logs, reports, and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors via Outlook and other communication tools.
