Job Summary
The role involves end-to-end management of service procurement and contractual activities for engineering and project services. The candidate will ensure timely sourcing, compliance, and cost optimization while supporting project execution.
Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Contract Management

Prepare and process purchase orders for engineering and project-related services.

Draft, review, and finalize service contracts ensuring compliance with company policies.

Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Vendor Coordination

Identify and onboard new vendors as per compliance requirements.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment.

Project Support

Collaborate with project teams to understand service requirements and timelines.

Monitor contract execution and ensure alignment with project schedules.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, vendor agreements, and statutory compliance.

Ensure adherence to internal audit and legal requirements.

Cost & Performance Monitoring

Track service costs against budgets and highlight variances.

Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.
Skills Required

Strong knowledge of industrial services and procurement processes.

Familiarity with SAP / ERP systems for purchase transactions.

Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
