Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order Creation:

Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system as per approved requirements.
Ensure all POs are accurate with correct quantities, rates, delivery dates, and item codes.

  • ERP Operations:

Manage day-to-day purchase entries, updates, and approvals within the ERP.
Maintain accuracy of item masters, vendor details, and purchase data in the system.
Raise system alerts for discrepancies, shortages, or delays.

  • BOM Verification:

Match BOM requirements with production needs and highlight any shortages or mismatches.

  • Cross-Team Coordination

Work closely with production, stores, merchandising, and accounts for smooth procurement flow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
