Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations for B2C channels.

Job Summary -
Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations for B2C channels.
- Vendor Management & Onboarding -
- Handle vendor listing and onboarding on ERP systems.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendor companies for long-term, healthy relationships.
- Maintain updated vendor documentation and communication records.
- Procurement & Stock Management
- Manage procurement of B2C goods as per cropping pattern and seasonal demand.
- Monitor stock & unstock products on website and app.
- Coordinate with WH (Warehouse) for B2C stock check and transfer.
- Invoice & Payment Coordination
- Process direct vendor invoices on ERP.
- Prepare manifests and invoices to vendors.
- Coordinate for vendor and commission payments with accounts.
- E-commerce & Product Management
- Manage listing and mapping of products on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure new products are made live with complete descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Planning & Analysis
- Plan procurement season by season in line with cropping patterns and market trends.

Analyze product movement, sales, and vendor performance.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in agriculture or Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, e-commerce, or supply chain.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of agricultural products and cropping cycles is an advantage.

Proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills for vendor coordination.
- Ability to plan procurement strategically and seasonally.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on timely execution
