Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive for our Vipul Recycling Division, with strong knowledge of plastic raw materials, recycling processes, and purchasing operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing recyclable plastics, managing vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely material supply for the recycling unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for recyclable plastic materials (HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, etc.).
• Purchase raw materials as per required specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct market research to monitor pricing trends and material availability.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery and consistency in material quality.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, stocks, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for material approval.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with suppliers across regions.
• Prepare and submit weekly procurement reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement within the plastic or plastic recycling industry.
• Strong understanding of plastic materials, recycling grades, and purchasing processes.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good analytical and market research abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• CIPET Diploma / CIPET Graduate
• B.Tech in Plastics or Polymer-related field
• MBA (Preferred), especially in Supply Chain or Operations

(Any of the above qualifications will be acceptable.)
