We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will lead real estate, logistics, and IT procurement for noon in Saudi Arabia, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and strategic value across operations.

• Scout and evaluate real estate properties (warehouses & offices) across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage end-to-end leasing and purchase agreements.
• Lead negotiations with landlords, vendors, and service providers to achieve optimal terms.
• Maintain strong relationships and active network with real estate agents, property owners, and brokers in Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain vendor relations with logistics and IT suppliers to explore cost and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Manage IT procurement for KSA & UAE (laptops, printers, PDAs, POS, servers, software licenses, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regional regulations.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support operational needs.

What you'll need:

• 6-10 years of relevant procurement experience (real estate, logistics & IT).
• Established contacts and relationships with real estate agents, property owners, logistics, and IT vendors in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for cost tracking and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic & English (both written and spoken).
• Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
