We are looking for a motivated and organized Procurement Manager with 1–2 years of experience to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials and services for smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and finalize deals with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain stock levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchase department.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and purchase processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
