We are looking for a motivated and organized Procurement Manager with 1–2 years of experience to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials and services for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and finalize deals with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain stock levels.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchase department.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and purchase processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
