Procurement Officer (Construction Materials & Vendors)

Salary : 50k to 60k

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- Identify vendors and negotiate rates for construction materials (cement, steel, MEP, finishing

materials, etc.)

- Ensure timely delivery of materials at sites.

- Maintain vendor database and contracts.

- Monitor purchase orders, bills, and reconciliation with accounts.

- Work closely with site engineers for material demand forecasting.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma with 5–6 years in procurement (infra/construction).

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred.

- Must have strong market knowledge for civil & MEP materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
