Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and maintain a list of authorized vendors for various goods and services.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Liaise with Department Heads to proactively identify requirements.
- Process Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders.
- Order products and supplies, including determining the appropriate vendor.
- Manage the procurement of goods, services, and food & beverage products.
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure timely payment to vendors and service providers.
- Make logistical arrangements pertaining to the delivery of goods as required.
- Create and maintain electronic and hard copy systems for relevant documentation.
- Review, compare, and analyze products and services to be purchased.
- Prepare cost analyses and reports and assist with budgets.
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the Company.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business, or a related subject.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Procurement Coordinator, Purchasing Officer, or Logistics Coordinator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Knowledge of the Riyadh market will be advantageous.
