Procurement Officer and Accountant

Unibal Group is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join its team across its affiliated companies. The following positions are currently open:

1. Procurement Officer – Unibal Cabinets & Kitchens – Unibal fire rated doors Factory.

Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of raw materials for wood and wood-related materials.

• Search for new suppliers and evaluate existing ones.

• Negotiate prices, contracts, and quality requirements.

• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate with the warehouse to monitor stock levels.

• Prepare periodic reports on purchases and cost analysis.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the wood, furniture, or carpentry sector.

• Strong knowledge of wood types and materials.

• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

• Ability to evaluate pricing and cost effectiveness.

2. Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the financial records.

• Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial reports.

• Review daily transactions and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

• Follow up on accounts receivable and payable and perform bank reconciliations.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software;

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
