About Your Team

Your Role

As a Procurement Package Manager - Snr, you will

  • Plan and manage the procurement of major subcontract and supply packages.
  • Prepare RFXs, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and recommend awards.
  • Ensure package procurement aligns with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Liaise with engineering, planning, and construction teams for technical and program alignment.
  • Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance, resolving issues and enforcing corrective measures.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting for package progress.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior procurement staff.
  • Develop value engineering proposals and cost optimization strategies within packages.
  • Participate in contract drafting and review to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct supplier audits and capability assessments for high-risk packages.
  • Manage resources, implement strategies, and provide leadership to teams and departments to achieve business performance goals.
  • Promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices within departments, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and contributing to corporate responsibility goals.
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement and innovation projects within teams and functions, streamlining workflows, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable efficiency gains.
  • Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialization.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong package procurement & contract negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex supplier relationships & technical requirements.
  • Good commercial & risk awareness.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & procurement systems.
  • Professional certification such as Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) & Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MIPS).
  • Understanding of International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) & international contracting standards & frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with large-scale, high-value projects.
