We are looking for a Procurement Specialist for our client. Our client is a leading company in the energy sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations,
• Proven experience with SAP ERP systems,
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and stock/material flow,
• Good command of English,
• Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills,
• Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset,
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute procurement operations, including supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing,
• Monitor critical stock levels and ensure timely procurement according to company policies,
• Maintain and update approved supplier lists, and evaluate new suppliers for potential inclusion,
• Execute purchases of approved materials and services, ensuring delivery according to required timelines,
• Prepare procurement-related documentation, draft service contracts, and obtain necessary approvals from legal and relevant departments,
• Coordinate with planning, production, quality, warehouse, and finance departments to align procurement with operational needs,
• Participate in acceptance processes for materials and services when necessary,
• Track KPIs, maintain reporting, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements,
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality,
• Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
