  • Assist in sourcing and comparing suppliers, quotations, and product options.
  • Prepare basic purchase requests and support the issuance of purchase orders.
  • Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
  • Maintain updated records of suppliers, price lists, and purchased items.
  • Support the procurement team in market research for new products and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Inventory
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming materials.
  • Ensure items are properly labeled, stored, and organized in the warehouse.
  • Help maintain accurate stock levels by updating inventory records in the system.
  • Participate in regular stock counts and assist in investigating stock variances.
  • Support the monitoring of expiry dates, slow-moving items, and stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Assist in preparing inventory reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement or inventory processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Inventory and Procurement: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving license (Preferred)
