- Assist in sourcing and comparing suppliers, quotations, and product options.
- Prepare basic purchase requests and support the issuance of purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, price lists, and purchased items.
- Support the procurement team in market research for new products and cost-saving opportunities.
- Inventory
- Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming materials.
- Ensure items are properly labeled, stored, and organized in the warehouse.
- Help maintain accurate stock levels by updating inventory records in the system.
- Participate in regular stock counts and assist in investigating stock variances.
- Support the monitoring of expiry dates, slow-moving items, and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Assist in preparing inventory reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of procurement or inventory processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

- Inventory and Procurement: 3 years (Preferred)
