Product Designer (Central Revenue & Growth Team)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office)

Experience: 2–3 years

Employment Type: Full-time Contract (6 months, extendable)

About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong visual design skills and an ability to move fast in an experimental environment. This role focuses on creating visually engaging, conversion-driven designs for growth initiatives. UX understanding is valued, but visual craft and execution speed are the primary focus areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, visually refined interfaces for growth and revenue-focused features.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing to deliver end-to-end design solutions.
• Ensure consistency with design systems and visual standards.
• Support experimentation through quick iterations and feedback cycles.
• Contribute to motion and micro-interaction details where relevant.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in digital or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, layout, and craft excellence.
• Proficiency in Figma; exposure to prototyping or animation tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple sub-clusters or projects.
