About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Head & Life Skills Trainer who can not only deliver high-impact sessions but also bring creativity and empathy into the classroom. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to capture the imagination of young learners through storytelling, interactive exercises, games, and reflection activities — making learning fun, relatable, and impactful.

This is a multi-dimensional role, combining training delivery, curriculum design, product head and program coordination — ideal for someone who wants to contribute to an evolving life skills education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Curriculum Development

Conduct in-depth research on life skills frameworks.

Design and update age-appropriate, engaging, and contextually relevant life skills curriculum for children aged 8–12 years.

Creating the program engaging for students via storytelling, interactive exercises, and experiential learning tools that capture young minds while ensuring long-term impact.

Align curriculum with student needs, school boards, and broader social-emotional development goals.

2. Training & Delivery

Facilitate dynamic, creative, and emotionally engaging life skills sessions in schools and partner institutions.

Customize training methodologies based on the age group and background of learners (students, teachers, parents).

Use stories, real-life scenarios, role-plays, and reflective activities to help children internalize values and concepts.

Focus on teaching key areas like self-awareness, critical thinking, empathy, gratitude, thought management, lifelong learning, habit formation, and resilience.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers, parents, and school administrators.

Collaborate closely with counselors, special educators, and subject matter experts for holistic development.

Act as the primary point of contact for schools under the Life Skills Program.

4. Strategic & Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with the Marketing & Research Team to make the Life Skills Program effectively.

Support the Sales Team by training them on program USPs, learning outcomes, and impact stories.

Work with leadership to refine program strategy, pricing models, and product-market fit.

5. Team Building & Vertical Growth

Conduct internal capacity-building workshops to strengthen pedagogy, facilitation, and curriculum design.

Drive innovation and excellence in life skills training delivery and content development.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.

- Understanding of psychology, child development, or education frameworks.

- Project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.

- Passion for youth development and transformational education.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field.

- Certifications or training in Life Skills, SEL, Counselling, or Coaching preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
