Product Intern

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Analyst Intern who is eager to work in a fast-paced, data-driven product environment. This role is ideal for someone who has prior internship exposure and wants to build deeper skills in product analysis, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making. This role will involve collaboration with multiple teams to understand the products & services within each team, and with the customers to deliver these projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Product Analysis & Research

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user trend analysis.

Identify product gaps and recommend improvements backed by data.

Assist in defining and refining product metrics (KPIs).

Data Insights & Reporting

Collect, clean, and analyze product usage data.

Build dashboards and reports to support product decision-making.

Present insights to Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

Product Documentation

Support in preparing PRDs, feature requirement documents, and release notes.

Maintain product feature logs, workflow diagrams, and version updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.

Assist in feature testing, QA, and validating product enhancements.

Requirements

Prior internship experience (preferably in a startup).

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of product lifecycles, user flows, and product metrics.

Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytical tools is a plus.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

Exposure to writing PRDs or user stories

Previous involvement in user research or testing.
