What You’ll Do

• Work directly with Product Managers across the product lifecycle

• Identify user problems through research, data, and funnels

• Run growth experiments using Firebase, feature flags & A/B testing

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Make.com, Airtable AI, etc.) for automation & analysis

• Write PRDs, define success metrics & coordinate with design/tech

• Build dashboards or simple automation to improve processes

Who We're Looking For

• Prior internship/project experience in product, data, growth, or marketing

• Strong logical thinking & comfort with data

• Good communication + ownership mindset

• Bonus: Experience with no-code/AI workflow tools
