Product Manager
to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key digital products for a mission-driven organization in the credit and financial wellness space. This role is ideal for product leaders who excel at transforming insights into scalable solutions, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering products that drive measurable business impact. The Product Manager will shape the product vision, oversee development from concept to launch, and ensure every iteration aligns with customer needs and organizational goals.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Road mapping

Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives.

Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and identify opportunities for product innovation.

Build and manage the product roadmap, ensuring prioritization reflects user value, business impact, and resource reality.
Product Development & Execution

Translate product vision into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Own the product backlog and drive efficient sprint planning in partnership with engineering and design.

Make informed product decisions, balancing customer feedback, data insights, and technical considerations.
Project & Stakeholder Management

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of product initiatives.

Develop project plans, set milestones, and track progress throughout the development lifecycle.

Communicate product updates, release timelines, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Collaboration & Communication

Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support successful launches and ongoing product adoption.

Present product performance metrics and upcoming initiatives to leadership teams.
Continuous Improvement

Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback to drive ongoing optimization.

Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions for future enhancements.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs to maintain product relevance.
Required
What You Bring

Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, project management or related roles.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Proven experience developing and executing product strategies aligned to business goals.

Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
