Position Title: Global Product Manager – Dryer and Conditioning Products
Compensation Range: $125,000-$150,000

The Opportunity

The Global Product Manager for Dryer and Conditioning Products is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of the company’s dryer and conditioning product lines. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive innovation, ensure market competitiveness, and achieve business objectives on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global product strategy for dryer and conditioning products, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
  • Lead new product development initiatives, working with engineering, marketing, and sales teams from concept through launch.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including feature enhancements, pricing strategies, and end-of-life planning.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt product offerings for local markets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on product performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in industrial equipment or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of dryer and conditioning technologies and their applications.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
