Job Description

As a Product Manager for Growth & GTM, you'll help shape the strategic direction of our AI-driven products, directly influencing how healthcare professionals globally detect and treat diseases. Your role involves critical decision-making to scale our offerings, ensuring timely and effective patient care. You will act as a strategic bridge between our product and commercial teams, driving the identification, validation, and launch of new growth opportunities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key external stakeholders (ministries, government bodies, healthcare organizations) to uncover strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Market Insight & Analysis: Use structured market research, client discussions, and stakeholder interactions to clearly define and validate product requirements.
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Work closely with sales and client success teams to align product strategies and roadmap initiatives with market demands and customer priorities.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between sales, client success, and product leadership teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and smooth execution of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strategic Proposal Input: Collaborate with commercial teams to shape product narratives for proposals (RFP/ RFQ), bids and strategic opportunities.


Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B product, consulting or B2B sales preferably with exposure to healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Analytical thinker, capable of translating complex insights into clear and actionable product strategies.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in identifying meaningful solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven experience managing high-value relationships with senior stakeholders.
