Product Marketing-Consumer Lighting (Ceiling Lights)

Work Location: HAVELLS Head Office-Noida


Experience: 3-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in FMEG/ FMCD/ FMCG/ building material or similar industry


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define and execute the product strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to align on priorities and roadmaps. Balance long-term vision with short-term needs
  • Product Development : Lead the development of product features from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are well-defined and technically feasible
  • User Research & Feedback : Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and opportunities. Gather and prioritize user feedback to inform product decisions
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure successful product launches and timely delivery of key features
  • Product Metrics & Analysis : Analyze product performance metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Use insights to drive data-backed decisions and improve products
  • Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates to senior management and other key stakeholders. Present product plans, status updates, and key learnings from ongoing projects


Candidate Profile:

  • Education & Experience: MBA with 3-10 years of experience in product marketing in FMEG/ FMCD/ FMCG/ building material or similar industry
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to drive decision-making andtrend identification. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
