Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for genetic testing products, molecular diagnostics, and genomics solutions. Works closely with sales, R&D, and clinical teams to create product positioning, marketing collateral, and launch plans. Conducts market research, competitor analysis, and drives campaigns to increase product adoption among clinicians, hospitals, and labs.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market plans for genetic products.
- Manage product lifecycle, pricing, customer insights, and clinical use-case marketing.
- Coordinate with R&D for new product launches and technical updates.
- Create marketing content: brochures, presentations, KOL decks, digital campaigns.
- Conduct market trends analysis and competitor benchmarking in genomics & molecular diagnostics.
- Train sales teams on genetic products and scientific advantages.
- Support conferences, CME programs, scientific events, and customer engagement.
3. Required Skills
- Strong understanding of genetics, genomics, molecular biology, or life sciences.
- Product marketing, scientific communication, and campaign planning.
- Market research & competitor analysis.
- Presentation, cross-functional coordination, and technical content creation.
- Experience with genetic testing/diagnostics industry preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
