About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Executive to support our Hardware + Software product line. The role combines product demos, market research, DB building, lead nurturing, coordination with B2B sales teams, and basic tech support ticket handling.
Ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with prospects, understanding customer pain points, and contributing to both marketing and presales activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Demo & Presales Support

  • Conduct online & onsite product demonstrations for prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and align product capabilities accordingly.
  • Prepare product walkthroughs, demo scripts, and feature highlight decks.

2. Market Research & Database Building

  • Perform industry and region-specific research to identify potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a target database (companies + decision-makers) based on identified segments.
  • Analyse competitor products and market trends after internal discussions.

3. Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Run inside sales campaigns including cold calling, email follow-ups, WhatsApp outreach, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Engage with prospects who have shown interest in earlier marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: update conversations, follow-ups, and funnel movement.

4. Coordination with B2B Sales Teams

  • Work closely with field sales teams on:
  • Demo arrangements
  • Lead qualification
  • Opportunity handover
  • Follow-up updates

5. Product Tech Support (Level-1)

  • Handle basic product queries from existing customers.
  • Log, track, and close technical support tickets within the defined TAT.
  • Coordinate with the product/engineering team for escalations and quick resolutions.

6. Marketing & Content Inputs

  • Contribute to case studies, product FAQs, demo videos, and feature highlight content.
  • Provide inputs for product improvements based on customer conversations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in product marketing / presales / inside sales / lead generation / tech support.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, customer communication, demo presentation.
  • Good understanding of hardware or software products (or willingness to learn both).
  • Strong research capabilities for industry and competitor mapping.
  • Ability to multi-task across marketing, sales support, and tech support.
  • Good communication in English is mandatory.

Preferred Background

  • Candidates from IT, IoT, Hardware, SaaS, ERP, CRM, POS, or any technical product background.
  • Experience in B2B sales support, customer-facing roles, or tech product presentations.
  • Candidates from Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Madurai, Erode, Trichy) who are willing to relocate to Coimbatore. Experience: 1+ to 3+ years (Product Demo / Market Research / Inside Sales / Presales)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
