SAP’s Customer Experience (CX) organization is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to support the launch and growth of our innovative marketing and engagement solutions. This role is pivotal in driving go-to-market (GTM) execution, ensuring launch readiness, and enabling cross-functional collaboration for new and evolving products within the SAP CX portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Planning & Execution: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of go-to-market initiatives and product launches across SAP’s marketing and engagement solutions.

Strategic Positioning & Messaging: Partner with other product marketers to develop impactful positioning, messaging, and enablement content for new releases, campaigns, and global field activation.

Content Creation & Management: Contribute to the creation and continuous maintenance of high-quality internal and external content, including website copy, launch guides, product collateral, and thought leadership pieces.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Management, Demand Generation, Sales, and SAP CX Product Marketing to ensure alignment across all launch and lifecycle programs.

Sales & Partner Enablement: Assist in building and distributing effective sales and partner enablement materials, such as presentations, solution briefs, and videos, to drive business growth.

Adoption & Engagement Programs: Support adoption and release marketing programs aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and usage of key product capabilities.

Project Management: Provide project management and organizational support across GTM workstreams, customer storytelling initiatives, and integrated campaign activation.

Event Management: Support event preparation and execution for major industry and SAP events, ensuring flawless brand representation.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in product marketing, go-to-market (GTM), or field enablement roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or Customer Experience (CX) technology.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex value propositions effectively.

Organization & Proactivity: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience supporting cross-functional teams and contributing to GTM execution in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Technical & Commercial Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and commercial teams, bridging the gap between product development and market needs.
