Choosing Capgemini means choosing a company where you will be empowered to shape your career in the way you’d like, where you’ll be supported and inspired by a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, and where you’ll be able to reimagine what’s possible. Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.

Your Role

We are seeking a strategic and technically-minded AI Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our innovative AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between our product, engineering, and business / ADGEs teams, with a deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape and the ability to translate complex technical features into compelling, user-centric value propositions. You will be responsible for defining our target market, crafting powerful messaging, and executing successful product launches to drive adoption.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Become the expert on our target user personas, and the competitive landscape. Use AI-powered tools and traditional methods to conduct in-depth market research and competitive landscape analysis to inform product, marketing and GTM strategy.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience. You will be the voice of our products, creating a compelling narrative that highlights how our AI solutions solve real-world problems.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for new AI product launches and feature releases. This includes planning, coordinating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, DGE WOG, ADGEs), and executing launch plans to ensure a successful adoption.
  • Content and Collateral Creation: Lead the creation of engaging and persuasive marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, and webinars, that educate the users on the benefits of our AI products.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches using key metrics. Use data and insights to optimize strategies, demonstrate ROI, and inform future decisions.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product team to influence the product roadmap based on user needs and feedback. Collaborate with the broader teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Qualifications
  • Experience: Relevant experience in product marketing, with at least some years in a market-facing role for B2B enterprise software or SaaS products. Proven experience with AI/ML products is a strong plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts (e.g., model training, data pipelines, NLP, computer vision, GenAI). You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be able to understand and communicate the technical capabilities and limitations of AI products.
  • Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of product marketing principles, including market research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling, and concise content for a variety of audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. You should be comfortable with using data to make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of your work.
  • Collaboration: A natural collaborator who can work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in product marketing, AI, or technical product management.
