Title: Product Marketing Manager – AI & Platform Solutions

We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused, results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for our AI and platform solutions. Based in Bangalore, you will play a global role at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, and sales enablement—helping bring our AI-first vision to life in a fast-evolving market.
This role is ideal for someone with deep domain knowledge in AI, technology platforms, and risk management/GRC, combined with strong product understanding, messaging skills, and a collaborative, execution-focused mindset. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to drive product adoption, pipeline growth, and customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
Voice of Customer & Market Insights (including Analyst Relations)
Conduct ongoing customer, prospect, and market research to identify needs, pain points, trends, use cases, and opportunities.
Maintain detailed buyer personas, competitive analyses, and customer journey maps that inform segmentation and messaging strategies.
Integrate insights from industry analysts and evolving regulatory trends in the AI and risk landscape.
Product Prioritization, Launch & Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner closely with Product Management to communicate roadmaps, prioritize features, and align messaging with technical capabilities.
Lead planning and execution of product launches, ensuring internal and external readiness.
Track and report on the impact of product marketing initiatives, refining strategies based on performance data.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Messaging
Work with Product Management to provide feedback on industry needs and priorities; help define product use cases and development requirements.
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI solutions in collaboration with Product Marketing leadership, Product Management, and global marketing teams.
Own product positioning, messaging, and content strategies that highlight differentiated value across industries and personas.
Translate product capabilities into customer-centric value propositions aligned with business challenges and use cases.
Sales Enablement & Strategic Support
Create and maintain impactful sales tools such as pitch decks, solution briefs, battlecards, use cases, and competitive intelligence.
Support the Enablement team in training field teams on messaging, product value, and objection handling.
Serve as a subject matter expert in strategic deals and internal product briefings for cross-functional teams.
Content & Campaign Development
Collaborate with Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to design integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Create or support the creation of high-quality content including webinars, case studies, blogs, white papers, and email assets.
Ensure consistent messaging and voice across all customer touchpoints, reinforcing AI-first leadership.
Skills and Experience
8+ years of B2B product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally in data, risk, compliance, or cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of AI technology, platforms, SaaS enterprise security buyers, and global regulatory environments. AI experience required.
Demonstrated success in customer feedback, product development, go-to market planning, positioning, enablement, and cross-functional execution.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Able to translate complex concepts into business value.
Experience working across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Preferred Skills
Background in GRC or risk platform marketing is strongly desired.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Comfortable using data to validate and refine messaging.
Self-starter with excellent project management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
