Funding


RISA Labs is backed by $3.5 million in seed funding, led by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal, with support from Oncology Ventures, General Catalyst, z21 Ventures, Odd Bird VC, and angel investor Ashish Gupta.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Own Product Operational Excellence: Orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle, bridging fulfillment, product, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Drive Account Success: Serve as the primary account owner, managing the entire client relationship from onboarding to growth
  • Execute Implementation & Training: Lead the full onboarding process, including technical setup, fulfillment coordination, and user training sessions
  • Systematize Feedback Loops: Translate client feedback and fulfillment bottlenecks into structured data to directly influence the Product roadmap
  • Build Scalable Processes: Create and maintain the SOPs, playbooks, and documentation required to scale Fulfillment and Client Success operations
  • Monitor & Drive Adoption: Track usage metrics daily to identify adoption gaps, surface blockers, and proactively intervene
  • Manage Escalations: Lead cross-functional resolution for technical or operational roadblocks, minimizing downtime, and client friction


Qualifications


  • 1-2+ Years Experience: Background in Product Operations, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management within B2B SaaS
  • High Agency & Ownership: Demonstrated ability to execute ambiguous tasks and drive real business outcomes with a bias for action
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working directly across Product, Fulfillment, and Client-facing teams with a customer first mindset
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for client stakeholders
  • Systems Thinking: Track record of building repeatable frameworks, playbooks, or processes to solve recurring problems permanently
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Instinct to back up proposed solutions and operational changes with quantitative evidence and metric tracking
  • Growth Mindset: Strong desire to evolve from operational execution into a leadership role within Product Operations
