As a Product Owner , you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Flex platform, a CRM system – a cloud web application that supports kitchen, bath, and interior space planning for both consumers and businesses. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level product strategy into clear, executable features. Your expertise will help ensure the successful delivery of UI-first, end-user-centric features with high quality, predictability, and customer delight.

This role requires strong leadership in managing complex requirements and will be responsible for transforming the strategic product roadmap into clear, significant, high-quality specifications for software development. The Product Owner is also deeply involved in planning, prioritization, and assurance of a clean and well-groomed product feature backlog.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the product backlog aligned to the Inspire roadmap, collaborating with Product Management to prioritize features based on impact and effort
  • Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules to remove ambiguity and drive backlog refinement, eliminating last-minute surprises in grooming and planning
  • Partner with Scrum Masters and Tech Leads to plan, groom, and deliver sprint goals effectively, ensuring smooth sprint ceremonies by maintaining backlog hygiene
  • Drive Say/Do alignment with delivery teams and proactively manage sprint scope changes
  • Track and improve predictability using metrics like story completion rate, velocity, and rework ratio
  • Ensure testability, functional completeness, and coverage before sprint exit, collaborating with QA and Automation teams for test case readiness and scenario coverage
  • Drive UAT readiness with business stakeholders and support early feedback cycles
  • Liaise with developers, designers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders to align execution and improve team visibility into user flows and end-user expectations
  • Communicate trade-offs, edge cases, and risk scenarios to improve decision-making
  • Partner with engineering teams to balance quality, scope, and delivery timelines
  • Lead by example in structured thinking, scope clarity, and validation criteria
  • Track and report delivery KPIs, identifying and addressing bottlenecks in delivery
  • Drive customer-first decisions and eliminate technical or functional ambiguity
  • Mentor junior Product Owners or Business Analysts as needed
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum or SAFe
  • Expertise in writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps/ Boards
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex features
  • Familiarity with web-based systems
