We’re hiring a Product Owner!

Key Accountabilities:

Monitor performance metrics (sales, distribution, pricing, wastage) to identify risks and opportunities.

Develop & execute product plans including SWOT, adoption cycles, marketing mix, and communication strategies.

Adapt plans based on market performance and insights.
-
Lead product campaigns and ensure brand identity across all materials.

Manage product development from concept to launch, followed by post-launch evaluation.

Conduct and lead consumer & market research with agencies.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Report on KPIs and guide teams on improvement areas.
Operating Environment:
Office-based role with regular cross-functional coordination and periodic market visits to oversee product visibility, audits, and production activities.
Communication & Relationships:

Internal:
Marketing leadership, brand communication, sales, finance, logistics, quality, R&D.

External:
Agencies (advertising, media, production) and suppliers.
Decision-Making Authority:

Approving packaging formats and communication messages (aligned with brand managers).

Driving product launches with senior marketing & sales leaders.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

5–6 years’ experience in FMCG (marketing, portfolio, or business intelligence).

Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
-
Proficient in English & Arabic; strong MS Office skills.
