ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Design
Define and optimize CPQ workflows for quote-to-cash lifecycle.
Develop partner-specific pricing models, discount structures, and approval hierarchies.
Channel Partner Enablement
Design processes for partner catalogs, deal registration, and incentive programs.
Ensure smooth onboarding and usability for channel partners.
Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements.
Translate business needs into CPQ process specifications.
Governance & Compliance
Establish pricing governance and discount approval policies.
Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams.
Provide functional guidance during solution design and testing phases.
Testing & Validation
Define test scenarios for CPQ workflows and pricing logic.
Validate functional accuracy during UAT and deployment.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of CPQ domain concepts and quote-to-cash lifecycle.
Expertise in B2B channel partner business models, including tiered pricing and rebate programs.
Experience in pricing strategy, discount governance, and approval workflows.
Ability to create functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a CPQ functional consultant or SME.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM processes related to pricing and quoting.
Knowledge of partner relationship management and incentive programs.
