MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To support the delivery of technology-driven products by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation through defining product requirements, prioritizing product backlog, ensuring technical feasibility, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer and business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defines Product Vision & Strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.

Creates, maintains, and prioritises the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.

Defines business needs as detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Works with the development team to plan sprints, refines backlog items, and ensures timely delivery of product increments.

Serves as the primary point of contact between business, development, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Collaborates closely with architects and engineers to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and align with enterprise architecture.

Develops, maintains, and communicates the product roadmap, adjusting priorities based on evolving business needs.

Reviews acceptance criteria, review deliverables, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure product quality.

Gathers and analyses feedback from end-users, stakeholders, and market trends to guide product improvements.

Identifies product risks, dependencies, and constraints, and work with teams to mitigate them.

Supports the definition of KPIs and use analytics to monitor product performance, drive improvements, and measure success.

Facilitates smooth adoption of new features by working with change management teams and providing necessary documentation/training.

Stays up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and agile best practices to enhance product delivery.

Supports budgeting and resource allocation decisions related to the product roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)

Bachelor’s Degree or Honours in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Fluent in English

5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Lead in an Agile/Scrum environment Hands-on experience in translating business requirements into technical deliverables Proven ability to collaborate with software engineers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams Airline Industry knowledge

Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps Understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integrations

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
