Product Specialist/Sales Associate

We are looking for an individual that thrives in providing excellent guest interactions by guiding our clients through the options/vehicle that best suit their needs. Our Product Specialists are highly trained to understand the operations and features of our Acuras. They engage with clients daily and follow up to resolve and answer questions before and after the sale. Our precision crafted, luxury vehicles inspire a dedicated team of associates who enjoy the perks of working for Acura as well as taking exceptional care of our clients.

No automotive experience required. We are seeking individuals who are enjoy working with people and are looking for an opportunity to grow and develop a career.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs.
• Assist clients to identify a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, features, and accessories.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to the client.
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational feature.
• Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Managers.

Qualifications:

• Maintain an enthusiastic, high-energy personality throughout the workday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Effective listening skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
