The Production Assistant - Livestream supports QVC and HSN, and monitors, manages and handles production and logistics related functions of a wide range of creative projects, including photo/video productions, experiential activations and designs, digital & print design. You'll be one of the voices behind an unapologetically fun, engaging and original brand. You will work closely with our teams - you'll translate strategic concepts into effective messaging that resonates with shoppers. This role reports to the Production Operations Manager.
Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

You will need to have flexible availability to work any day of the week. Hours will typically fall between 8am and 10pm, and you will work 5 shifts per week.
What You'll Do

You'll be integral in both pre-production and live studio settings, overseeing the smooth operation of various production elements. In the studio, you'll actively participate in daily operations, ensuring all production requirements are met with precision and swift communication across teams.

You will oversee and order products, receive them, unbox them, and maintain an accurate inventory.

Secure and transport products to the set, ensuring they are prepped and ready for Producers to facilitate smooth and efficient production processes.

Assist in the preparation and organization of studio setups and teardowns.

Serve as the primary contact point for team coordination during production shifts, efficiently managing any production needs.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, ensuring a tidy and efficient work environment that supports optimal production operations.

Maintain seamless communication with talent and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes.

Identify and resolve workflow issues, presenting opportunities for production improvements.

Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in production to maintain innovative delivery approaches.

Review performance metrics with the management team to assess impact on audience engagement and conversion, and collaboratively define actionable steps for improvement.
What You'll Bring
-
At least 1 years of hands-on experience in production within television, media, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Television/Media Production, Communication, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with production equipment and editing platforms (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Capcut) and thorough understanding of social and streaming content trends.

Experience working with Livestream productions including platforms such as TikTok.
