Budget & Cost Control Estimate, negotiate, and manage project budgets while sourcing cost-effective solutions.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination Manage supplier relationships, ensure competitive bidding (minimum 3 quotes), and handle procurement.

Ensure Compliance & Safety Oversee insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations, ensuring all permissions are secured.

On-Site Execution Oversee the setup, on-site management, and post-event dismantling, ensuring smooth operations.

Drive Innovation Source new technologies and anticipate industry trends to enhance operational efficiency.

Optimize Processes Continuously improve internal processes, workflows, and production standards.

Cross-Department Collaboration Facilitate communication between event, creative, and venue teams for seamless delivery.

Evaluate & Report Conduct post-event evaluations and generate performance reports to senior management.

Global Mobility Travel within the UAE and internationally to manage on-site inspections and event delivery.
